This would mean that there would be economies of scale in cost and freight. Boxes would be standard polypropylene ones that would take four flap folders and cost just over $13.93 for 10-50 and $13.20 if over 50 were ordered in total. They are very sturdy and when material came into the archives the parish would retain them for their future use. Folders would be standard A4 four -flap folders with creases to take various amounts of material. They are $2.30 each but purchase of a pack of 100 would bring the cost down to $1.98 each. These folders are recyclable if they are in good order. GST is included, but freight would be divided among those who ordered. If you are interested please contact archivesdiochch@anglicanlife.org.nz by Friday 21st June at mid day. Jane will then contact you with the price based on the numbers and a firm commitment would then be needed.
