Arnaud Spirlet
Arnaud Spirlet (38) is Managing Director of Unify Communications Belux. He joined Unify
(then Siemens Enterprise Communications) in October 2003, and has developed
in-depth knowledge of sales and management in the Siemens organization. As a General
Manager he was responsible for Greece, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands,
Switzerland, the Middle East and the African continent. Prior to that, he was Sales
Transformation Officer, responsible for aligning the Belux organization to the global group
strategy. Arnaud Spirlet completed his studies as a Commercial Engineer at Haute Ecole
Groupe ICHEC (Belgium) in 1997. He also obtained an MBA degree at the International
Management Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School in 2005.
Arnaud Spirlet is married and has two children.
Danny VandeVyver
Danny VandeVyver (53) is Vice-President Marketing for Unify Communications Belux.
Danny has built a career that encompasses more than 25 years of experience in a resultsdriven international marketing and business environment. After ten years of business unit
management with Siemens in the Middle East, Africa and France, he returned in a senior
international marketing position, as Regional Head of Marketing & Communications Europe
& MEA. He started his career as a brand manager at AB Inbev in Belgium, Europe and later
overseas, and joined Siemens Enterprise Communications after a stay of two years at
Pioneer Europe as European Marketing Manager. In 1985 Danny completed his studies as
Master in Business & Financial Science, Specialization in Marketing, at Vlekho, Brussels. He
is guest speaker/teacher at several business schools in Belgium.
Danny VandeVyver is married and has one daughter.

Jean-François Terminaux
Jean-François Terminaux (45) is Managing Director of Unify S.A. Luxembourg. He joined
Unify (then Siemens Com S.A.) in February 2001, and has developed in-depth knowledge of
sales, pre-sales and management in the Siemens organization. In 2006, he took the
responsibility of Global Account Manager for ArcelorMittal and also for Luxembourgish
large accounts. End of 2008, Jean-François Terminaux became the Managing Director for
Siemens Enterprise Communications Luxembourg. In 2009, with the full support of
Siemens Enterprise Communications’ headquarters, the Luxembourg entity acquired the
PSF agreement which still remains as it is for Unify S.A. Luxembourg. Jean-François
Terminaux has completed his studies with a master in Telecommunications and a DESS in
Telecommunications at Nancy-Metz University. Jean-François Terminaux has also worked
in Luxembourg as Technical Manager (5 years) and Telecom consultant (2 years).
Jean-François Terminaux has two children.
