Date: Sunday, June 14, 2015 (rain or shine)
Time: Setup: 9:00am – 11:00am ….. Vendor Displays till 4:00pm (NO early
breakdown, cars MUST unload and be moved to designated parking area before any set up
is to begin)
Facilities: Field, Vendors supply their own Tables/Chairs/Tents. Tablecloths are required.
Payment: $25.00 before May 1 for a 10X10
$35.00 after May 1 for a 10X10
$10.00 for electricity (must bring extension cords)
$10.00 prepaid family ($15.00 that day)

THE UNDERSIGNED VENDOR AGREES TO THE CONTRACT TERMS AS STATED
1. Country Ark Farm & the Township of Milford are not liable for any loss or damage and
will not be responsible for any personal injury to the vendor, his/her associates and/or
merchandise. The Vendor hereby agrees to indemnity, hold harmless and defends the
above named entities and the Township of Milford from any acts or omissions to act of the
vendor, its employees, agents and assigns.
2. Vendors are responsible for any damage they may cause while participating in the day’s
events.
3. The vendor area will be clean and orderly upon departure.
4. Country Ark Farms reserves the right to restrict the sale or display of any items or
services or causes that have not been previously approved by the Commission. NO glow
products, silly string, poppers, snappers, bow & arrows, or guns.
5. By signing this contract you are aware that these rules will also have to be followed for
the safety of everyone.
6. Only one home based business (Ex: Avon, Mary Kay etc.) will be accepted. You will be
accepted on a first come first serve bases. We will accommodate based on the order
in which your Paper work and payment arrive.
7. ALL rules must be followed or you may be asked to leave.

9. ONLY THE FIRST 5 JEWELERY/CANDLES/HANDBAGS ETC. VENDOR/CRAFTERS WILL BE
ACCEPTED ALL OTHERS WILL BE PUT ON A WAITING LIST AS THEY COME IN IF MORE
OPEN.
10. Please fill out, print, sign and send with payment. Each application (page 3only) must
be accompanied by a Hold Harmless and a Check or Money Order in order to be accepted.
11. Termination of this agreement by the undersigned vendor results in the sponsor
retaining all of the vendor payment. There will be NO refunds. Payments described will be
retained as liquidated damages. All tax liabilities and permits are the sole responsibility of
the vendor.
12. There will be a Silent Auction. All donations of new unused products are appreciated.

Hold Harmless Agreement & Insurance Requirements
For use of Township of Milford property or facilities
For and in consideration of the use/rent of Country Ark Farm Milford, PA.
On the following dates: 6/14/15, for the purpose of: Open Farm Day, the undersigned
agrees to Indemnify and agents, and employees and/or volunteer workers, the Township of
Milford, its officials, Diane Vaspory, Country Ark Farm and employees and/or volunteer
workers, its from any and all injuries damages, liability, claims, costs and attorneys fees
arising out of the use of said premises or property referenced including any losses or
damages arising from the acts or omissions of any family member, agent, vendor, guest,
participant, visitor, employee, servant or other person attending or working the event
herein referred to.
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for any continued, additional or
postponed date(s) for event indicated.
The Township of Milford, its officials, Diane Vaspory, Country Ark Farm, and employees
and/or volunteer workers, its reserves the right to cancel or interrupt the event if the
representations set forth herein and on application, or guidelines for use of said property
are not adhered too or if the Township of Milford its officials, Diane Vaspory, determines
that a situation that might lead to personal injury, property damage or violation of law
exists.
