SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES : Determine the profitability of development initiatives for shopping centers and office buildings, through financial analysis and projected cash flows; Track approved project budgets and results and produce real time reports on project status along with explanatory details on variance to budgets and trends to completion; Coordinate budget and financial data gathering with various departments involved in a project; Analyze financial and business data to help determine returns for development projects; Prepare all documentation for the approval of development projects by Senior Management/ Board of Directors; Other responsibilities will include some direct and indirect management of assigned development projects. KEY REQUIREMENTS University Degree in Business Administration or related discipline; Minimum of five years experience in related field, preferably in the Real Estate/Property Development Industry; Basic knowledge of financial concepts, corporate finance, real estate portfolio valuation, NOI property calculations; Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Strong mathematical and analytical skills, and good ability to organize information; Detail oriented; ability to work independently; Ability to manage concurrent projects for several clients and meet deadlines; Excellent organization and prioritization skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Bilingual in French and English written and spoken.
