 Co-founded and managed a lawn care and maintenance company in which I was able to increase  productivity, increase sales, meet scheduling deadlines and significantly grow size of business resulting in over $50K in profits in the first year. Owned and operated a wig and hairpiece business. In that time, I performed all back office duties, managed up to 28 employees, sold 1 franchise and overlooked operations in 3 locations.  Created, organized, and implemented a new section in a want ads newspaper resulting in new accounts, circulation and exposure.  As a Realtor I generated over $2 million in sales, managed a real estate office and transaction coordinated for over 80 agents, in which I proficiently managed over 100 files at a time. I then went on to create a 6 week training course for back office management and processing.
