SIX MONTHLY (From 1.06.2013 to 30.11.2013) (COMPLIANCES OF PART – A SPECIFIC CONDITIONS AS PER -LETTER NO. 384/SEIAA(H)/2011-IA.III Dated 6,july 2011 Project - Town square Gurgaon , Sector –82A , Village Sihkohpur ,Nh 8 , PART A-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 1. Constructions Phase I A First Aid Room will be provided at the project site both during construction and operation of the project. - A first room has already been provided. II, Adequate drinking water facility should be provided for construction workers at the site. The safe disposal of wastewater and solid wastes generated during the construction phase should be ensured. -Adequate drinking facility has already been provided. Safe disposal of Waste Water & solid waste has been done III All the top soil excavated during construction activities should be stored for use in horticulture/landscape developments within the project site. -Soil removed is being used for horticulture, landscapes. IV Disposal of muck during construction phase should not create any adverse effect on the neighbouring communities and be disposed taking the necessary precautions for general safety and health aspects of people. Only approved sites with the approval of competent authority. - The Excavated soil which is good for fertility is being used for development greenery, plantation & the muck had been disposed in proper manner without creating any adverse effect on the neighboring communities V Construction spoils including bituminous material and other hazardous materials must not be allowed to contaminate water courses and the dump sites for such Material must be secured so that they should not leach into the ground water. - Guide lines are being strictly followed VI Diesel generating sets during construction phase should be of “enclosed type” to prevent noise and should conform to rules made under Environment (Protection) Act 1986, prescribed for air and noise emission standards. -Generator Sets installed are enclosed type. VII Monitoring Reports attached The diesel required for operating D G Sets shall be stored in underground tanks and if required clearance from chief controller of explosive shall be taken., Guide lines will be followed. VIII Ambient noise levels should conform to standards both during day and night when measured at boundary wall of the premises. Incremental pollution loads on the ambient air and noise quality should be closely monitored during construction phase. Noise level test is being monitored periodically and reports submitted to regional office MOEF chandigarh. Reports Attached IX Fly ash should be used as building material in the construction as per fly ash notification as amended on 27.8.2003. - Fly Ash Notification Dated 14.9.99 as amended on 27-8-2003 is being complied. Fly ash consumption details attached X Ready mixed concrete must be used in building constructions. - Ready mix concrete is being used to conserve water. XI - XII Storm water control and its re use as per CGWA and BIS standards for various Applications. We shall follow CGWA guide lines and BIS standards for storm water control and its various applications, CGWA approval received vide letter no 1089 dated 23.11.2010 . Water demand during construction shall be reduced by use of pre mixed concrete, curing agents and other best practices. -Ready mix concrete is being used to conserve water XIII Permission to use ground water for construction shall be obtained from competent authority prior to construction/operation of the project. Tanker water being used during construction phase, Huda water will be supplied by HUDA in operation phase . XIV Roof should meet the prospective requirement as per energy conservation building code by using appropriate thermal insulation material to fullfil the requirement. - We shall be using appropriate thermal insulation material to fulfill requirement. XV The opaque wall requirement as per energy conservation building code which is proposed to be mandatory for all air conditioned paces while it is aspirational for non air conditioned spaces by use of appropriate thermal insulation to fulfill requirement. - We shall follow NBC guidelines as applicable XV I approval of competent authority shall be obtained for structural safety of the buildings due to any possible earthquake, adequacy of fire fighting equipments etc. as per National Building Code including protect measured from lightening etc. if any forest land is involved in the proposed site clearance under forest conservation act shall be taken from the competent authority. - The design is being approved by HUDA / Town and Country planning department Chandigarh. Clearance under forest conservation act received vide letter no 823 dated 8.07.2011 XVII project proponent will use water for construction phase through tankers, however Permission from cgwa will be taken before using the borewells for construction purpose . prior - Tanker water being used during construction phase, Huda water will be supplied by HUDA in operation phase. XVIII The project proponent will construct RWH pits@ one pit per acre for recharging the ground water within project premises having 400mm bore and 20 mm slotted pipe as proposed. - Rain water harvesting details enclosed . XIX Project proponent will seek permission from air port authority before starting construction. - Permission Obtained COMPLIANCES OF PART – B-, GENERAL CONDITIONS AS PER SEIAA Haryana letter no SEAA/IIR/10/1618 dated 04-03-10 PART – B. GENERAL CONDITIONS i) The environmental safeguard contained in the EIA/EMP be implemented in letter and spirit. We are implementing Environment Safe guards as specified ii) 6 monthly monitoring reports should be submitted to the HSPCB and regional office MOEF GOI Northen region chandigarh and a copy to the SEIA Haryana. - Six Monthly Monitoring Report to HSPCB and regional office MOEF GOI Northern region chandigarh is being submitted -III) The SEIA Haryana reserves the right to add additional safeguard measures subsequently if found necessary Environment clearance granted will be revoked if it is found that the false information has been given for getting approvals of the project. We shall follow the guide lines. 5. Necessary permission shall be obtained from the State Fire Department for providing fire safety measures before allotment of premises. If any forest land is involved in the proposed site, clearance under the Forest Conservation Act, 1980 from the Competent Authority shall be taken. - Guide lines will be complied. 6. All other statutory clearances such as the approvals for the storage of diesel from chief controller of explosive , fire dept, civil aviation, department of forest conservation act 1980 wildlife ( protection ) act 1972 PLPA 1900 forest act 1972 etc shall be obtained as applicable by project proponents from the respective authorities prior to the constroction of the project. NOC from Forest deptt received vide letter no 823 dated 8.07.2012 already submitted The project proponent will not violate any judicial orders/ pronouncements issued by the hon,ble supreme court/ high courts. Guide lines will be followed. The project Proponent should inform the public that the project has been accorded environment clearance by the SEIAA and copies of the clearance letter are available with the state pollution control Board and SEIAA. This should be advertised within 7 days from the date of issue of the clearance letter at least in two local newspapers that are widely circulated in the region and the copy of the same should be forwarded to SEIAA Haryana.
