Monday- July 2, 2012 11am @ Sand Trap Grill and Café a PI Golf Course

-Still need a webmaster
-Membership form / Release of liability can be scanned and added to the webpage
-Create a PayPal account for membership dues. YES – but need to find out the cost
-Will send membership information out through email / Facebook
Luncheon –The board will host
-On September 13th at 11 at Red Rooster
-need to call and check the hours for red rooster
Meeting Dates
-August 6th
September 10th (pushed back because of Labor Day.)
Kick Off
-Will be held at Sylvia’s House on August 23 @ 6:00-9:00
-Pot Luck style meal
-There will not be a kick-off event for Laurel Bay
-For the Kick Off at Sylvia’s we need
-Printed invitations / flyers to be mailed with details to check out our website
-Addressed of Officers spouses from the Generals fro
-Talk to Nicole about invites for kickoff
Questionnaire
-Put on phone numbers to restaurants
-Babysitting – no names or numbers
Hospitality
-Desserts for people who move in
-Make welcome cards (Membership and Hospitality will work on this)
Newsletter
-No need to mail out, we will just post information on the website
Calendar
-Christine Morgan will make a yearlong calendar for the events
-Harvest Party / football Party @ the Brig and Brew –Oct or Nov.
-Ornament Exchange at the Christmas Luncheon
-Participate in the base Harvest Festival
-On all invitations we will need to say… “The PIOSC invites you to…”
Museum
-See about getting the photo books on display at the museum
Name Tags
-Sylvia will get samples for the nametags
Directories
-Yes we want the directories just waiting for the new members
-See about adding a secure site on the webpage for the directory
