Key Performance Areas/Core functions: Teaching and Learning in any of the major disciplines of Mathematics Leading role in developing and revising the curriculum in collaboration with industry and other stakeholders and aligned to the strategic vision of the department Involvement in developing and revising the curriculum of the programmes in the department Participate in research group with particular emphasis on the training and supervision of postgraduate students Liaising with industry and other stakeholders regarding excursions, research and community projects Participation and administrative leadership in departmental, faculty and institutional committees and activities relating to the learning programmes of the department Minimum Requirements: SENIOR LECTURER: 1. A relevant Doctoral degree in any branch of Mathematics 2. At least five years’ experience in teaching, research or industry with evidence of publications in peer-reviewed journals. LECTURER: 1. A relevant Master’s degree in any branch of Mathematics 2. At least three years’ experience in teaching, research or industry with willingness to enroll for a relevant Doctoral degree.
