Teaching experience will be an added advantage. Core functions Presenting lectures and assessing students in relevant academic subject/s Be prepared to work with big groups. Be responsible for the administrative tasks related to the academic environment. Practical application of relevant academic subjects on Diploma. Industry liaison and involvement in the development and updating of current curriculum. Engagement in postgraduate studies. Overtime Project Management program. Involvement in departmental or individual community projects. Minimum requirements: Lecturer A master’s degree in Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management/Human Resources Development/Labour Relations or equivalent. Five years relevant experience. Core functions : Lecturer Present Lectures and asses students in industrial Relations and Human Resources Management and other relevant subjects. Be responsible for administrative tasks related to teaching and learning. Participate in the evaluation of research proposals and act as study leader for Master`s students. Conduct practical`s for Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management at Diploma and B Tech level Participate in the development of new curricula in line with new HEQF structures. Involvement in departmental or individual community projects.
