Senior Analyst, Inside Sales & Service Due to growth, McLagan is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for prospecting warm to cold client decision makers to promote and drive comprehensive sales of all McLagan products. Responsibilities Partner with account managers and relationship managers to synch up on sales strategy, expectations, timing, etc. Meet sales quota within client and prospect accounts Sell the benefits of the information products and solutions that we provide to existing and potential clients Tenaciously follow-through and prioritize client needs in relation to sales opportunities for the company Run campaigns to take information products and solutions to as wide a set of clients as possible Build credibility and a strong working relationship with decision makers who do not show an interest in our product line, but may need our solutions at some point in the future Contact and generate interest from prospects attained through campaigns Be self-motivated and goal oriented toward your career Be the "Friendly First Face" of McLagan shown to any client for Customer Service requests and able to route internally for follow-up Utilize and maintain Salesforce CRM (Client Relationship Management) to track and record opportunities, sales, and contacts Required Experience 2+ years of successful experience as inside sales quota-carrying rep for complex products and services Understanding of the business drivers and buying process in complex enterprise Documented success in turning unqualified leads into sales revenue Articulate, friendly, optimistic, goal oriented and success driven Innate sense of what is important and what is not in the context of the sales cycle Expert communication skills, verbal and written Superlative organization and time management skills Experience working within an enterprise software sales organization Entrepreneurial mindset Strong project management acumen Quantitative analysis understanding Focus on efficiency of execution Ability to work under tight timelines Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities Experience within Financial Services, Consulting or Information Services a plus Educational Requirements Bachelors Degree
