Financial Services Infrastructure Consulting Group
Our Financial Services Infrastructure Consulting Group currently provides Benchmarking and Strategy
Consulting leveraging primary Big Data pools including Compensation, General Ledger Costs, Client
Service, and Capital to assist back office functions in solving a broad range of client problems through
generating innovative data analytic solutions. Our clients include C-level executives in areas including
Compensation/HR, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Finance. Our
client base includes just about every financial services institution in the world and our team is spread
between New York/Stamford, London, and Hong Kong in order to serve them effectively.
Clients come to us with questions on how to run their business effectively. We provide a combination of
data and advisory as fixed price solutions in order to help them answer these questions.
Our consultants typically are not stationed at client sites and are measured based upon results and value to
the business and the team, not upon personal utilization.
Senior Analyst, Financial Services Infrastructure Consulting Group
The Senior Analyst has three main areas of responsibility:
1. Managing and executing delivery of consulting projects aimed at improving the efficiency of our
clients’ businesses
2. Handling relationships with McLagan’s financial markets clients
3. Analyzing our data pools to support benchmarking reports and recommendations
This role could be located in Stamford, CT or London, UK offices of McLagan.
Required Experience
 2-7 years of experience in strategy or management consulting to Financial Markets firms,
preferably within a ‘Big 4’ type consulting firm, or within the project area of a Bank
 Significant experience as a consultant to the financial services industry and understands what
happens after a trade is made.

Educational Requirements
 Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
