President Nina Roofe called the meeting to order at 3:18 p.m.
Janan Foster reported from the nominating committee the officers selected to serve June 1, 2015
through May 31, 2016:
President-Elect: Janette Wheat
Secretary: Brittnie Williams
Nominating Committee: Position 1: Janan Foster
Position 2: Teki Hunt-Jimenez
Rachel Lucket will fill Nominating Committee Position 4 left vacant by Brittnie Williams to serve as
Secretary.
A motion was made by Dana Horn to accept the nominations as listed. Cecily Bullard seconded the
motion. The motion carried.
President Roofe appointed the following to serve on the Policy Manual Revisions Committee: Patti
Miley, Nina Roofe, Mary Harlan, Lindsey Sexton, and Rachel Luckett.
Mary Harlan moved for Brittnie Williams and Rebecca Lindsey to serve as ArFCS website managers. The
motion was seconded by Rebecca Lindsey. The motion carried.
