AUTISM EAST MIDLANDS ADULT SERVICE ASSISTANT PSYCHOLOGIST Job Outline An exciting opportunity has arisen for two full time assistant psychologists to join the newly established clinical team in the Autism East Midlands adult services. Autism East Midlands had been providing residential services, day services, outreach, diagnosis and education for individuals with autism in Nottinghamshire and neighbouring areas for over 40 years. The organisation also provides support to the families of individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum conditions. There has been a well established clinical team in Autism East Midlands child services for a long time and this has recently been expanded to provide clinical services to adults. The successful candidate will receive regular supervision from a specialist clinical psychologist in the clinical team. You will join a supportive team which also includes speech and language therapists and support from the consultant educational psychologist. The post would be temporary for 12 months.
