07. PARADIGM

The new paradigm (organizational concept) that I developed and use, is successful in all types of organizations. This concept is far from the old fashioned traditional rules of organizing, as developed in the 1870s and still employed around the world.

The lowest percentage achieved in improving quality and efficiency is 20% and the highest 50%. The latter means 50% less personnel and at the same time 50% increase in quality!
