Rodolfo Anaya Abello
 Administrative Vice President of Promigas since 2006.
 He served as General Manager of Gas Natural Comprimido S.A. (Compressed Natural
Gas), today Gazel, Daniel J. Fernández y Cía. Ltda., C.R. Ltda; he also worked as Director
of Projects in DGL y Cía. Ltda., International Resources Corporation -Intercor-, Gómez
Cajiao y Asociados.
 He has served on the boards of the Chamber of Commerce of Barranquilla,
Probarranquilla, Camacol, Fedemetal, Icontec, the Museum of Modern Art, Museum of
the Caribbean, the Colombian Red Cross and companies in the Promigas portfolio such
as Terpel and Promitel.
 He currently serves on the boards of Naturgas and the following related companies:
Gases de Occidente, Surtigas, Gases del Caribe and Compañía Energética de Occidente.
 Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with an MBA from the
Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá.
