Dear Parents,
Our Year 6 class will be travelling to Winchester Cathedral on Friday 22nd May to take part in a
Celebration Service of Mityana Schools. Unfortunately we are limited to the number of children we
can take by the size of the minibus, however we would like to extend an invitation to all of our
parents to attend the service.
If you would like to join us and you would like your own child to attend the service too, this will be
recorded as an educational visit. Further, if you have spaces in your car and are willing to take other
children, please indicate this in the letter below. It would be lovely to see the school well
represented by as many pupils and parents as possible. The service will be held at

Our year 6 pupils will be travelling by minibus after registration at approximately 9.10am and we will
return to school in time for lunch. We will be joined by Asaph Yiga, The Deputy Headteacher of
Makonzi Primary School.
