Ensure all Grant & Scholarship monies are properly disbursed to the appropriate parties July Pay Bonding File the Charitable Registration Annual Report from previous fiscal year and the 990-N E-filing with the IRS. Meet with Executive Board Members to finalize plans for new year and prepare budget If possible, attend Ohio PTA Leadership Training and encourage all the board members to attend as well. August Attend Back to School Recruiting Events Pay DJ for Back to School Dance September Review By-Laws and Standing Committee Rules December Liability Insurance is due this month March Attend area Elementary school PTA meetings to recruit for the next year April Officer nominations for next year Year-end reports prepped May Allocate funds for summer Allocation of monies to be voted for next school year Election of new officers
