Treasurer Report
o Dustin Stoll, treasurer passed out PDF of treasurer report. Balance on account is 9610
give or take some pending changes
Vote for 2016-16 Board Positions
o All current board members volunteered to remain seated for next year to no opposition.
All current board members were re-elected no contest. Jenny Hohman: President, Erica
Lisenby: Vice-President, Dustin Stoll: Treasurer, Jessica Mayhew: Secretary, Sheree
Miller: Social Chair
o Newly added positions were Niki Meisenheimer: Volunteer Chair and Christy McWhirt:
PTA/Teacher Liaison
Comments/Feedback from this year and next solicited
o More volunteers needed. We discussed our efforts to grow our volunteer pool and took
suggestions on this effort. We would like to have representatives on Sneak Peek Night
to enlist volunteers in every classroom or pod
o Less dine out nights suggested…we already have most of next years planned and there
should only be 1/month moving forward
o Master PTA calendar: We will have a tentative master calendar by Sneak Peek
Teacher Appreciation Week
o Teachers conveyed their appreciation for our efforts. It was suggested that we move
this week to a less busy time of the year, however, this is a nationally celebrated week.
We will consider other options such as more meals throughout the year and perhaps a
day next year rather than the week.
Kindergarten roundup was a success
Movie Night: Saturday, May 09 Muppets Most Wanted
o Schwegler Schwag giveaway for PTA attendance, movie raffle and free popcorn
Dine Out Night: Tuesday May 12th at Runza and Wednesday May 20th at Freddy’s
Book Fair: Monday, May 18th
o Volunteers needed. Mrs. Shellhorn, seeking volunteers.

5 Grade Recognition: Volunteers still needed. We will continue to seek help for this event
Mrs. McWhirt volunteered her classroom to make thank you notes for the movie theater for
donating popcorn to movie night.
Kiley Luckett withdrew her teacher request as the 3rd trimester party is planned and staffed.
There will be snacks, Just Dance, balloon bubbles and an art station
