Time Frame for Responsibilities/Duties
ALL YEAR:
 Attend any Westerville Parent Council meetings
 Vote at WPC meetings on behalf and with the approval of the PTSA
 Update President within 24 hours of each WPC meeting each month with the WPC minutes and meeting
information
 Relay all WPC meeting minutes during PTSA General Membership Meeting

Complete National PTA E-Learning Courses
o Become Familiar with PTA Responsibilities
Attend 6th Grade Orientation to present/recruit regarding PTSA


Meet with Executive Board Members to finalize plans for new year and prepare budget.
If possible, attend Ohio PTA Leadership Training and encourage all the board members to attend as well.
