Dear Parents/Guardians of 8th graders!
We would like to offer you the opportunity to take out a Personal Display of Affection
Ad (PDA) to celebrate your child’s last year at Stone Middle School. This will allow you to show
your affection for your 8th grader. If you wish to include pictures in the ad, you may upload
them onto our yearbook eshare site www.hjeshare.com (our school code is stone1415). You
may also email your pictures & ads to Ms. Garrett @ sgarrett@northlamar.net. If you are
unable to do this, please send your pictures in with your order. You will receive your pictures
back in April after our yearbook deadline has passed. (The yearbook staff will not include any
inappropriate pictures!) Please submit this form & payment by Monday, February 23rd. The
yearbook staff will keep your ad confidential, so that it will be a surprise for your student!! If
