SENIOR NEWSLETTER 2014
Graduation exercises will be held on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25th on the
Tottenville High School Athletic Field.
SENIOR DUES!
The Senior Class will be collecting Senior Dues starting January 6, 2014! Senior
Dues are the necessary payment made by GRADUATING Seniors to participate in the
Senior Class Activities (This does not include the Prom). The official price of the
Senior Dues package is $260 (See below for items included in the package). The full
price of $260 will be charged until Graduation Day. We understand that every family
has different financial situations and are happy to help with payment plans or
installments. If Graduation is in question, delay of payment is suggested due to the
fact that refunds can not be given.
*Please note: Cap and Gown Order Forms will be distributed in Social Studies
classes and must be returned by JANUARY 24, 2014(even if you have not paid
Senior Dues yet!!) to the SO Office
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
A. 2014 Yearbook, The Palantir
B. 2014Video Yearbook, by Yearbook Innovations Inc. (to be mailed to your home
November 2014)
C. Senior Dues include: rental of field equipment, stage, chairs, etc. for Graduation;
Diploma cases and inscription of diplomas; floral arrangements for the stage;
tassels; Printing of programs and tickets for the ceremony; Graduation caps
and gowns; Senior T-shirt

HOW DO I PAY?
Payments may NOT be made with personal checks or credit cards. Senior Dues
should be paid with either cash, bank checks (NO PERSONAL CHECKS) or money
orders, and they should be made payable to Tottenville High School. The 9 digit
student ID number must appear on your payment as well. THERE IS NO CREDIT
CARD PAYMENT OR PERSONAL CHECK PAYMENT AVAILABLE! Unfortunately,
there are no refunds for Senior Dues. We encourage you to PAY EARLY!!
WHERE DO I PAY?
Payments can be made in the Student Organization Office (B015I) at the back of
Cafeteria B. Please be sure you deliver your payment in person during periods 3,4,
5, or 6, and ONLY WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE A CLASS SCHEDULED. You will
receive a receipt which will be required to pick up your cap & gown, yearbook, and
T-shirt in June.
Save the Date! Senior Prom will be 7pm on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at PierSixty
