WOOD-RIDGE PRE-SCHOOL REGISTRATION
The Wood-Ridge Board of Education is pleased to accept registration for a Part
Day Pre-School (Age 3) Instructional program for the 2015/2016 school year. The PreSchool program will be open to Wood-Ridge residents only and will provide a complete
educational program that is offered to all other students in the Wood-Ridge School
District. The program will be housed in the Catherine E. Doyle School and will consist
of the following classes:
1-Part Day Program Classrooms (15 students max ) 12:45 PM – 2:45 PM Daily
a. $3,000 yearly tuition (10 months)
Registration for the 2015/2016 Pre-School classes will be held at the Catherine
E. Doyle School from 9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. daily beginning on Monday, March 23,
2015. Please note that all new registration will be conducted on a first come, first served
basis. Children are eligible if they turn four [3] years old on or before October 1, 2015.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR THIS POLICY.
The State Commissioner of Health Office requires parents of any child attending
our Pre-School program to provide proof of a current physical examination (within 365
days of 1st day of school) and the following immunizations:


MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PRE-SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN
Recent physical exam by primary doctor (date of physical must be within 365 days of 1 st day of
school)
Required Immunizations:
 4 doses of DTap
 3 doses of Polio
 1 dose of MMR
 HIB (1 dose after first birthday)
 Chickenpox (1 dose of Varicella)
 3 doses of Hepatitis B
 Influenza (1 dose must be done annually between September 1 – December 31)
 Pneumococcal (Prevnar – 1 dose after first birthday)

for more information and the opportunity to print out the registration packet. On the day
of registration, bring the completed forms, together with a COPY of the child’s
ORIGINAL birth certificate and proof of residency [ gas/electric, mortgage bill,
lease/rental agreement or landline phone bill]. All medical requirements must be
completed no later than July 15, 2015.
