Our Xcel Meet of Excellence (11/7/15 and 11/8/15) is quickly approaching, and we need your help to make the meet a success. The various item details are below: Juice: 24 10 oz. plastic bottles Ice Tea: 16- 16 oz. plastic bottle Water: 48 0.5 liter plastic bottles 12 pounds of bananas, not too ripe 6 pounds of apples 6 pounds of grapes Coke: 24 cans or regular or diet Some families will be asked to pay $10 (for 1 swimmer family) or $15 (for 2 swimmer family) instead of bringing in a food or drink item. The money will be deducted from your meet escrow account, and this money will be used to purchase perishable items and other hospitality necessities (for example, cheese platters, vegetable platters, yogurt, cereal bars, etc..). For all Xcel families, please come by the Conference Room during the food drop off times on 11/5 and 11/6, to pick up a Team T-shirt (One Per Family), which should be worn while you are working at the meet. If you are on the list to bring in a food or drink item: Please stop by the conference room inside DeNunzio Pool on 11/5/15 between 6:008:00 or on 11/6/15 between 6:00-8:00 to drop off food or drink items. Be sure that one of the members of the hospitality committee is there to receive the items. DO NOT JUST DROP OFF OR LEAVE YOUR DONATIONS IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM! Someone from the committee must be present to check off your donation. Failure to comply with your obligation will result in a $50 deduction from your meet bond. If you are asked to pay $10 or $15, money will be deducted from your escrow account. Besides food and drink items, we also need to borrow 10 big coolers to keep the drinks cold. Please email phyllisbernard@hvrsd.org as soon possible, if you can bring a large cooler on 11/5/15 or 11/6/15, and please mark the cooler with your name. We would also like to emphasize that food and drinks are for Coaches and Officials ONLY. NO PARENTS OR SWIMMERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOSPITALITY SUITE. Your cooperation is needed to make this meet a wonderful experience. If you have any questions regarding hospitality, please feel free to email Phyllis Bernard at phyllisbernard@hvrsd.org Thank you in advance, Meet Hospitality, Phyllis Bernard, phyllisbernard@hvrsd.org
