WRITTEN STATEMENT The written statement should describe the nominee’s contribution to teaching that enhances the engagement and learning of students. The written statement is two A4 pages in addition to one A4 page for evidence and must adhere to the formatting in this template. Submissions that do not meet these requirements will not be considered. In the remainder of the statement the nominee describes their teaching activities and achievements, specifically addressing the chosen selection criteria, and providing evidence of impact, sustained contribution, and recognition.
