Introduce the concepts of how contracts are formed and executed within the modern day business environment Understand the concepts of Delictual liability Understand the legal rules relating to agency The syllabus will cover a range of issues concerning the course topic. An indicative syllabus is as follows: The Sources of Law and introduction to human rights Court Structures and procedures Essential elements of contract law : formation of contract; electronic contracting; validity; contract terms including implied terms in sale of goods contracts, breach of contract; termination.
