Syllabus The syllabus will cover a range of issues concerning the course topic, the syllabus is as follows: The Law of Partnership Company law: formation of companies and effects of incorporation; capital and shares; insider dealing and market abuse; directors; corporate governance (in outline); company meetings; shareholders and minority protection; corporate fraud; money-laundering, reconstructions, mergers and takeovers (in outline) Corporate insolvency: administration; liquidation; dissolution.
