TEACHERS
 Please make sure 1st block attendance is taken by 8:10 a.m. daily.

Lesson Plans are due by 7:30 a.m. on Monday mornings.

Monday, March 16 has Friday duty schedule.
STUDENTS
 Middle School students…. Spring Dance tickets are on sale for $5.00 in advance and $7.00 at the
door. Picture packets can be purchased in advance as well 1-5x7 and 4 wallets for $5.00. Dance tshirts are $15.00. Shirts can be worn the day of the dance. Only a few shirts left to be
purchased!! Please see Mrs. Schexnayder or Mrs. James to purchase any dance item.
 PROM—Out of school guest forms must be turned in by today at 2:30. Last day to purchase








tickets will be Monday at 2:30. (THAT’S ONLY 2 DAYS LEFT TO PURCHASE). Do not
purchase a ticket for you’re out of school guest until your form is approved.
Romaguera will be here at all lunches March 19-20 to pre order prom pictures.
Bus Sign up for Prom will be Thursday and Friday, March 19-20 in the cafeteria.
Varsity Cheerleading and Mascot tryouts will be held March 18-19-20. All current 8th through
11th graders are eligible to try out. Packets are available in the front and back offices. Please
sign the sign up sheet when you take a packet.

LHS will be holding a $1.00 Dress Down Day for St. Patrick’s Day. Collection is being held now
until March 16. Dress Down Day is March 18. Guidelines—Green and Jeans.
All students who would like to be a part of Student Council must turn in a packet and $20 dues
by March 16.
Today, Mrs. Clement will be taking a picture of all students who place 1st at the District
Science Fair. Please report to the cafeteria at 2:20 to take a group photo.
The HOPE Program is cancelled next week due to PARCC testing.
SPORTS
 Track meet today at St. James High School. (Please notify all students that the track meet has
been pushed back. There is no reason for any one to be released early. We will not be leaving
the school until about 3:00 P.M. Also please notify them that the following events have been
canceled completely: High Jump, Pole Vault, Javelin, Discus, and Shot put. The meet will only
include long jump and triple jump and all running events.)
 Varsity baseball--Our games today have been cancelled. Please do not release any baseball
players.


Softball this weekend for the Teurlings Tournament in Teurlings.
7/8-grade softball this weekend for the J.B. Martin Tournament in Luling.
