Personal Client Operations Officer Guardian Trust has been serving New Zealanders for generations and is a market leader in trusts, estates and wealth management. The Personal Client Operations and Registry Team provide first class service delivery and administration support for a number of internal and external business units. To ensure we maintain the quality and level of service offered to our customers, we are looking for a new Personal Client Operations Officer, specialising in corporate actions, to work within our team. As part of the Personal Client Operations and Registry Team you will take pride in providing professional, effective and efficient administrative support services to your internal and external clients, Team Leader and the team. Your day will be filled with a variety of administrative duties including: Processing of corporate actions Processing of income receipts Processing of security transfers for investment products Complete daily banking roles using internal and external banking systems Supporting our branch network with any administrative requests Assisting with projects To be successful in this role you will: Have a strong understanding of international and domestic corporate actions Have a strong understanding of administrative processes Be a fast learner who shows initiative and strong problem solving skills Be enthusiastic, positive and have a proven ability to work within a team environment Have excellent verbal and written communications skills You will need a high level of professionalism with a minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate actions role within a trustee, bank or complex funds management environment. You will have excellent computer skills with strong time management and organisational skills.
