Key Responsibilities Include: Provide the support for the business unit managers in Field Operations relating to cost reporting and variance monitoring. Manage and evaluate the progress of expenditure against the budget and business plan with key interactions between Field Operations and Finance. To provide information and communicate with senior managers on the financial performance within the business units in Field Operations. Facilitate the production of financial and volume related forecast information for all levels in Field Operations. Facilitate process related improvements to enhance financial reporting and reporting of efficiency measures, particularly in respect of the revised delivery and operating model. To effectively deliver financial information and performance measures on activities including monthly reporting, the annual business plan and Ofgem regulatory returns. Assist in process reviews in the business controls team across the key processing activities of salary, procurement / ordering / logistics and contractors.
