Requirements: Matric Secretarial and Office Management Diploma or appropriate post-matric qualification would be advantageous. At least two years’ experience, preferably in an educational institution. Good computer skills, particularly: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Internet and email. Good administrative and organizational skills. Proficiency in English and either Afrikaans or Xhosa. Good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the Hospital’s Clinicom system and the Health sector processes will be advantageous. Responsibilities: General Office administration Providing administrative support to the Head of Clinical Services and staff of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Liaising with students, staff and patients. Diary Management. Working with an information database system. Minute taking Typing The annual cost of employment, including benefits is between R79, 985.00 and R 94,122.00.
