Job Title: Regional Sales Director Asia Company Name: Oxford International Education Group Location: Flexible Salary: TBA, commensurate with the position Description Position: Regional Sales Director (EFL) Territory: Asia Countries: Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Oxford International Education Group has over 20 year experience of providing high quality programmes for international students. Our EFL division has 7 year round language schools in the UK and N America, 25 junior summer centres, home tuition programmes and provides educational tours for inbound groups. Our academic division provides on campus Pathway programmes at De Montfort and Canterbury Christchurch University and runs IGCSE and A-level programmes at Oxford Tutorial College and D’Overbroeks. Expansion over the past 5 years means we are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help expand existing partnerships and develop new sales channels in the Asia region. We are seeking a driven, independent and creative market specialist to raise our profile and establish OIEG as a leading player in the Asian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our sales and marketing strategy, leading recruitment campaigns in the area and will be expected to analyze and identify current market trends and key areas of opportunity. With a strong understanding of market conditions within the region and a well-established network of connections the successful candidate will work closely with both our regional sales staff and Head Office Sales and Marketing team to develop resources, promotions and programmes to increase student enrolments and raise awareness of the OIEG brand throughout the region. Key Responsibilities: Sales Develop & execute annual sales plan for region Manage & deliver enrolment targets into OIEG EFL programmes Manage and develop key accounts Sales Development Maximise sales and product development opportunities Deliver superior customer service to agents Ensure maximum levels of competitor awareness Financial Ensure profitability goals are met Develop annual budget Manage cost base actively Ensure accurate, documented financial reporting requirements are met Leadership Communicate effectively with colleagues Represent region at meetings & communicate company objectives to team Innovation Leverage market intelligence Maximise product development opportunities Maximise sales development opportunities Candidate requirements: Educated to Degree level Minimum of 3 years of past working experience in a sales environment; within the international education industry.
