Chapter I Basic Rules
Section 1 E.E.B.O breeder becoming / are
§ .1 A EEBO breeder breeds only according to the breed standard of EEBO
§ .2 A EEBO breeder or any member of EEBO can be only a member of EEBO or by a EEBO recognized association /
in order to prevent entanglement and to ensure quality
§ 3 An EEBO Breeder devoted considerable attention to the health and welfare of his breeding stock (enough range,
good sleeping places, clean sound facilities for pregnant bitches and puppies) An EEBO breeder has a high ethical
standard across its buyers, dogs, and other matters relating to race He/she will always stand to the high ethic norms
of the organization, violating the ethic standard of EEBO will result in penalties as describe in section 8 par § 1
Section 2 Welfare Rules E.E.B.O
Article § .1
1. A female / male may on the date of breeding not less than 16 months.
2. A bitch who will have her first litter, may not be bred after the day on which they become 72 months old.
3. A bitch may not be bred anymore after the day on which they become 72 months old.
4. Breed stock should be having a Pedigree recognized by the EEBO
5. Both parents should have good health, both physically and mentally.
6. Dogs suffering from genetic disorders are not eligible for breeding.
7. Both parents are generally applicable to the breed standard for the breed to meet and be in possession of a
breeding certificate
8. A Dog is only usable up to the age of 72 months.
9. A male may only be used for the annual number of successful mating, which comes from the following
calculation. The average number of litters born in the last three years divided by three .this rules apply to both Belgian
and foreign males
10. Puppies must be at least 8 weeks of age before they can be transferred to the new owners.
Upon delivery, the pups must be in good health
the breeder will ensure a proper worming and vaccination of puppies, according to current veterinary knowledge, and
a fully completed by the veterinary vaccination certificate.
The breeder is obliged to best socialize puppies.

11. To be eligible for pup mediation, the breeder must be at least 1 year member, and to comply with this breeding
rules. Only these litters are mediated / listed on the site if their breed conformation (within 3 weeks after the cover) on
the Secretariat has arrived.

Article § .2
1. A bitch may only have two litters during the period of 24 months, provided that the period between the coverage of

2. It is not permissible that a female produce more than five litters during her lifetime.
Article § .4

Section 3 Limitation Inbreeding E.E.B.O

Inbreeding Control Rules Limiting
The methods of reducing inbreeding are directly controlled by the board. The breeder will be notified if the board not
comply the rules. No pedigrees will be given for the expected litter.
Section 4-line health research.
§ .1 X Ray:
.1 A female / male occurs after reaching the age of 16 months to be X-rayed
Previous results at a younger age are not recognized by the EEBO.
Section 5 Character Test:
§ a character test may only have taken after reaching the age of 16 months
Section 6. Liability
§ .1. The responsibility for raising and delivery of puppies is to the breeder. The breed organization does not accept
any liability to any defects in the puppy from a breeder in question. Even if they adhere to the provisions of this
breeding rules.
Section 7 Amendments
Changes to the breeding rules can only happen on the AGV
These changes should never conflict with the rules and objective of the EEBO rules, and should by then also be
accepted.
Section 8 Penalties
