Chapter I Basic Rules
Section 1 E.E.B.O breeder becoming / are
§ .1 A EEBO breeder breeds only according to the breed standard of EEBO
§ .2 A EEBO breeder or any member of EEBO can be only a member of EEBO or by a EEBO recognized association /
in order to prevent entanglement and to ensure quality
§ 3 An EEBO Breeder devoted considerable attention to the health and welfare of his breeding stock (enough range,
good sleeping places, clean sound facilities for pregnant bitches and puppies) An EEBO breeder has a high ethical
standard across its buyers, dogs, and other matters relating to race He/she will always stand to the high ethic norms
of the organization, violating the ethic standard of EEBO will result in penalties as describe in section 8 par § 1
Section 2 Welfare Rules E.E.B.O
Article § .1
1. A female / male may on the date of breeding not less than 16 months.
2. A bitch who will have her first litter, may not be bred after the day on which they become 72 months old.
3. A bitch may not be bred anymore after the day on which they become 72 months old.
4. Breed stock should be having a Pedigree recognized by the EEBO
5. Both parents should have good health, both physically and mentally.
6. Dogs suffering from genetic disorders are not eligible for breeding.
7. Both parents are generally applicable to the breed standard for the breed to meet and be in possession of a
breeding certificate
8. A Dog is only usable up to the age of 72 months.
9. A male may only be used for the annual number of successful mating, which comes from the following
calculation. The average number of litters born in the last three years divided by three .this rules apply to both Belgian
and foreign males
10. Puppies must be at least 8 weeks of age before they can be transferred to the new owners.

Inbreeding Control Rules Limiting

Section 6. Liability

Section 8 Penalties
