Each qualified horse/pony will receive a qualification card in the ring which will enable the owner to enter the Royal London Show, provided the owner and rider/handler are, or become registered with the International Showing Society within 28 days of the qualifying show. Judging times are accurate as possible but can be subject to change. 2. All ridden ponies or horses must be 4 years old & over. 3. Riding Hats, riders must wear a riding hat whilst mounted on horseback at all times and they wear correctly fitting protective headgear which complies too the latest British Standard. We accept no responsibility for any injury arising from failure to comply with this regulation. Handlers of ponies/horses in the In Hand classes who are under 14 years old must wear properly secured hats to current British Standards. 4. Colts are not allowed to enter Fun Classes. 5. Contagious Disease, all exhibitors are asked to be aware of animals on the showground and ensure that all exhibits are fit and well. 6. Stallions, in the interest of safety, stallions may only be ridden/handled by persons over 14 years of age, with the exception of small breeds Mountain & Moorland stallions, where the rider/handler must have attained 12th birthday by 1st January in the current year. Stallions are not permitted in any young handler, fun classes, junior ridden m & m, lead rein or first ridden classes. 7. Bridles, unless otherwise stated any suitable bridle may be used. Ponies shown on the lead rein may only be shown in a snaffle bridle. 8. Spurs, must not be worn in any show pony, show hunter pony, intermediate SRT or ridden m & m classes. 9. Insurance, it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to insure all property and livestock on the showground or elsewhere which is his own, or which he is responsible including public liability insurance. 10. Dogs are permitted on the showground but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please clean up after your dog. 12. Please do not muck your trailer or horsebox out on the showground. 13. Please take your litter home or use the bins provided. 14.The show organizers have taken all responsible precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring. The show organizers shall not be liable for any claim in respect of damage, loss, injury or accident, to any person, horse or property howsoever caused. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant has read and understood these terms and conditions 15. Entry fees are not refundable. If the show has to be cancelled for any reason then every provision will be made to re-schedule. 16. The Judges decision is final. 17. Objections, any exhibitor feeling aggrieved must take his protest in writing within one hour of the completion of judging of the class and pay a deposit to the secretary of £20.00. Objections will not be entertained from any person or organization not exhibiting in the same class as the animal to which the objection is raised. 18.
