Book Club - Thank you Samantha Merlino Thank you for all the other volunteers Tricky Tray @ Elks Club More space Offsite location seemed to work better for all Dining Nights Out Dinner with the Holiday Shop Tweak small food issues Art Fundraiser - Thank you Mrs. Masterson Made over $900 5th Grade Service Project Well organized, children learned quite a good amount Field Trips Every grade and class had a field trip this year Minor issues with logistics and schedules for some classes Overall, a success Misses Gertrude Hawk Did not come near to expectations Brings in more money than tricky tray Expensive Dine Out fundraisers Not enough ROI on more expensive More budget for parties All classes going through Mrs. Butler for food approval Friendship List - Ada Gallichio Needs to be computerized. Need to de-duplicate to reduce error Reading Rewards - Joyce Gallo Langtree Gift, beginning of year, cost of $840 Not utilized to its potential District now purchasing RAS kits Study Island - Joyce Gallo Renewal Request denied by district Book Club - early admission for grandparents Open up early in Grandparents day Also allow them to ship afterwards PTA Membership for staff Please put in mailboxes within the first 2 weeks Some of the classrooms have multiple people, please add enough copies. Langtree opened September 1966 50th Anniversary this coming year Time capsule @40th Throwback field day - Lynda Clifford $0.50 burgers Drive in movie Committee to be formed to determine path forward for celebration Summer Budget Meeting - Thursday July 30th, 2015, 7:00PM, Hamilton Twp. Library. Committee List Teachers and Staff can volunteer for committees as well. Mrs., Hurst will be teacher representative for the talent show. Food Drive / Clothing Drive - Mrs. Butler Last minute identification of families in need that can use assistance. Please contact Mrs. Butler for any questions Guinness Book Clothing Drive Summer Reading Program Through scholastic Tracks minutes like first in math Teachers can check in on progress over course of summer Rewards if completing X number minutes Further information to come out this Friday in home hand outs. 9. Principals Remarks - Principal, Joyce Gallo Online Reading program like First in Math Only open for summer months Free to students Teachers all met to go over our progress Hits and Misses Self Assessments and data diving Feedback Survey Very few negative responses Few complaints that require addressing Not where we want to be, but we're making good progress Thank you to the Parents We cannot be us without YOU!
