Responsibilities include $1.5B FP/FFP development, $500M in performance-based logistics programmes and various fleet support contracts as well as responsibility for growing the Merlin/CROWSNEST related business. Expand the business in the Maritime, UAV and Sustainment markets. Responsibilities also include cost schedule, technical performance, keep sold and business development strategies. Annual sales from current business are in excess of $200M. Customer interface is typically at the 1 star and below level.Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Required Skills: Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, aviation development and integration programmes. Particularly, experience in managing programmes through the integration, ground and flight test, and delivery phases. P&L Experience. Extensive experience with the Royal Navy customer and MoD Procurement. An appropriate degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
