Pavilion Dance South West Digital Marketing & Box Office Coordinator (full time) Job role and description The primary purpose of the Digital Marketing & Box Office Coordinator is to provide dedicated digital support across the organisation, acting as a champion for digital marketing and helping others understand the opportunities it presents. The role will help refine and deliver Pavilion Dance South West’s digital marketing and social media strategies and take particular responsibility for the online promotion of the organisation’s presented and participation programmes. The role will also supervise and operate the box office system (PatronBase), provide support to the Front of House team and act as a liaison between the Front of House and the Marketing & Development teams. Responsible to: Head of Marketing and Development Works closely alongside: Marketing Coordinator Fundraising Coordinator Venue Manager Front of House Assistants Learning and Participation Manager Salary range: Hours: Base: £15,000 - £17,500 37 hours per week Pavilion Dance South West, Bournemouth Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Support the Head of Marketing and Development in the development and delivery of the organisation’s digital strategy Website Coordinate the development and collation of new digital content for the website – working with internal and external stakeholders to produce copy, blogs, and videos, under the guidance of the Head of Marketing and Development Lead on regular uploading of season content to the website Ensure that website content is always fresh and up to date, that links are working and cross-sells and SEO are up to date Box Office and Front of House Supervise and operate the box office system (PatronBase) including the interface with the website, uploading new events, maintenance, reporting, processing payments and cashing up tills Support the FOH team during performances and other events to offer a quality experience to all customers Greet and direct customers and visitors, answer enquiries and take messages, offering the highest level of customer service at all times Social Media Increase Pavilion Dance South West’s Facebook and Twitter feeds as well as developing the organisation’s presence on other social media platforms such as Storify or Instagram Lead on looking after the organisation’s video channels, observing best practice for channel management, organisation and optimisation Lead on ensuring current trailers are shown on the TV in the foyer, and that appropriate dance trailers are shown in the cinema Champion social media within the organisation and be the first point of contact for related enquiries Maintain the organisation’s multimedia archive Promotion and Marketing Support the Marketing Coordinator in the promotion and marketing of the presented and participation programme in the venue, using digital marketing tools such as online listings, e-newsletters, digital advertising etc. Support Pavilion Dance South West’s fundraising objectives by sharing information with colleagues within the marketing and development team and assisting with the marketing of new fundraising programmes Represent the organisation at events and activities in the community and take responsibility for organising special profile raising events for the organisation Provide support for PDSW events (create and put up signage;
