Academic Program Assessment Form C: Assessment Results In general, Form C is designed to assist faculty/departments in more systematically interpreting the data (trying to understand what the data means), and to thoughtfully reflect on how the information might be used to make changes in student experiences to improve student learning. This is not meant to be earth shattering -- for example, a revamping to the entire departmental curriculum. Instead, the typical responses will be incremental change that is explicitly designed to result in student learning that is measurable. Form C is also designed to document prior changes, based on assessment, that were implemented and their effect on student learning. A chart to help in organization is included at the end of this document. If you have questions: call or write Assessment Office (x5158, pinto@morningside.edu).
