Summer Fete
Please find enclosed 2 raffle ticket books for you, your family and your friends.
Each raffle ticket is £1 with books containing 5 tickets. Please return

This disco, tickets will be purchased in a new way. Please find enclosed two
tickets individual to your child. The left hand side is your disco ticket. The right
hand side is a ticket order form which can either be returned to school with £3

for pre-purchase or used to buy a ticket on the door. We will not be preselling
tickets before or after school. Any pre-purchase tickets must be in school by
Tuesday 30th June 2015
Please note this contains important Emergency contact information which will
need to be completed before your child can enter the disco. If you are
purchasing on the night please bring the completed form with you. We will
have spares but this could delay your Childs speedy entry into the disco.
Pre-purchased tickets helps to organise the event however we understand
sometimes things change therefore you are entitled, upon request, to a full
refund, if your child is unable to attend the disco due to illness that prevented
you child attending school.
We are so pleased with the feedback we received after the last disco we have
decided to stick with end of night party bags but this time it will include your
glow wristbands.

School Disco continued
We understand children would like photos of the night however the school
have asked that no mobile phones be taken to the disco. In view of this we
have been lucky enough to secure the same company we use at Christmas for
our own style photo booth run by MRM Photography.
Please ensure you give permission for your child to be photographed. If you
would not like your child to participate in this activity then please ensure your
child is also aware of this before the event. Photographs can be purchased at

Inflatable Afternoon
You may have seen in the school newsletter that year 6 will be having an
inflatable afternoon. As these are going to be located on the school field we
didn’t want the other years to miss out so we are opening it up after school
from 15:30 to 17:30. Inflatable tickets will be £2 each child, purchased at the
event. This will get you a stamped hand, free juice and safe access to all four
inflatables.
Finally we will be holding our Annual General Meeting and electing a new
committee on 14th September at 19:00 in the school hall. If you are interested
in what we have been getting up to this year, would like to take part or have a
say in what goes on then please come to come along. This meeting is open to
anyone connected to the children of Winter Gardens.
