Ticket reservation form
Please use this form to register which performances you would like to attend and how many tickets
you require. Some performances will require you making your own way there, but tickets that
include transport, mean coach fare is included in the price. This form is to reserve tickets only. You
will still need to pay for the tickets on the school payment system to confirm bookings. As ticket
price can be affected by the number of tickets in the booking, sometimes the cost may go slightly up,
but more often, down! Please save a copy for your records and email a copy to
apr@fairfield.bristol.sch.uk
