Reforming Bill: two parts; 1. Reforming the districts to put us with
Bobb and give us one/two senators; 2. Getting rid of the interviews
that currently occur in order to make the process more democratic, as
well as requiring the senators to hold office hours and attend at least
one exec board meeting a week
People are not fans of the redistricting
