The vertical platform lift and aluminum ramps are in place. Special thanks to Brothers Mike Poumade and Ron Poussard for their help! As soon as the weather clears, we will modify 36" of deck railing to make a gate for the lift, finish installing the aluminum handrails and make a gate for the fence. I am still seeking an electrician who can relocate an existing GFCI receptacle to closer proximity of the new lift. 2) "Jeff's" house in Reston: we received a referral from Fairfax County for a man with a mobility disability who needs minor home repairs to the exterior. As soon as the weather clears, we will conduct a site survey. 3) "Judy's" house in Luray: we received a referral from Catholic Charities for a woman who needs roof repairs. Regret we will decline this project because of the distance. 4) "Sunny's" house in Woodbridge: we received a referral from "Inova Care Connection for Children" to modify a bathroom to make it accessible for a disabled child.
