Job Summary:
Due to continued growth, we are looking to add another member to our HR team. The Human Resources
Coordinator role provides assistance and facilitates processes and procedures to effectively maintain the operation of
the HR function. This role provides administrative support to HR functions as needed including HRIS entry (record
keeping), benefits, file maintenance and recruiting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Processes all hires, transfers, changes and terminations accurately into HRIS in a timely manner.
Acts as a point of contact for associate questions (benefits, 401k, personal changes, etc.).
Create and maintain all associate files; personnel and benefits.
Assist with creating offer letters and new hire packets.
Continuously monitor data across all HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and completeness through auditing.
Enter I9, eVerify, background and MVR Records.
Assist with Benefits and open enrollment and
Provide payroll support, including data entry and reporting as needed
Generate weekly and monthly reports while identifying and reconciling discrepancies
Assist with data entry and review of Governmental Reporting and compliance; ex EEO-1, Vets 4212, AAP
Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or business related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Specifically Word and Excel.
Experience in JD Edwards a plus.
Outstanding organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with the utmost professionalism.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and work ethic.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Proactive and self-directed.
