I am currently the chair and have been on the Clinical Nurse Practice Council at City of Hope for the past 6 years. I believe this role has prepared me to embark on the new and exciting role of Research Liaison. I have been working with a core group of Managers, Directors and staff to discuss current nursing practice. Our group reviews current literature and current policy so we can influence better practice and ultimately improve better outcomes.
