As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will set the precedent for advancing nursing practice,
improving patient outcomes, leading continuous quality improvement and research, supporting
clinical integration and promoting professional development. Reading Hospital is actively
recruiting Clinical Nurse Specialists to work closely with service-line directors and unit-based
clinical nurse managers in the following divisions:
Maternal/Child
•Perinatal
Cardiovascular Services
•Interventional Cardiac
Critical Care
•SICU
•Progressive Care
Candidates must have a master’s degree in Nursing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. RNs with a
master’s degree who are willing to complete a post-master’s CNS certificate within one year of
