All Committee Chairs are encouraged to send in a brief note on what is happening in their area - even if what is happening is waiting for spring.
Programs (Open)

Agreed to $100 donation to lecture Cultural Council was not able to support – Reya to follow up with details

Pick dates for spring potluck and find a host March 21, 2015

Program suggestion: day trip to regional flower shows and college botanical gardens,
Isabella Stuart Gardener Museum

Introductory gardening-both floral and vegetable (Carol will look into Wayland programs)

Glass Flower Exhibit at Harvard-private tours?? Free Sunday mornings

Debbie needs details on organizing buckets

Should we have a bucket recruitment workshop?

We need signs indicating MCG maintains bucket, planters, spaces

Vanessa & Virginia, V&V Salon on Main Street requested a bucket
Maintenance (Jan, Nancy, Karen)

-Clean up in Maple Brook Park and digging for plant sale-will set date in coordination with
May plant sale date for cleaning pots, setting up site.
Old/New Business:
 Carol will write an article for the newsletter regarding what resources (books, DVDs) people would like to see the library order
 Do we have a date to meet with person re planting/trees/green spaces in Town?
 Need update on Girl Scout garden project
 20 th Century Fox producer is renting vintage holiday decorations for movie “Joy”
