In-class Exams There will be 4 in class exams (best 3) see tentative schedule for dates. Each exam is worth 100 points, or about 10 % of your overall grade. If you cannot make an exam, you must contact me in advance to arrange another test date. Documentation of any excuse will be requested. You must bring your student ID card and another government issued photo ID to each exam. Project There will be a project assigned during midterm. It is worth 150 points, or about 15% of your overall grade. Details will be provided. Final Exam There will be a comprehensive final exam worth 250 points, or about 25% of your overall grade Computing Your Final Grade Your overall grade is based on the total points you earned. Incompletes Incompletes are only given in situations in which a student has been in good standing all semester, but is prevented from completing a course assignment (for example the final exam) by circumstances beyond his/her control (for example hospitalization, death of a family member).
