Sarah Bray, Wind Vision Ambassador As Director of Communications for Clean Line Energy, Sarah is responsible for managing community outreach, stakeholder events, and media relations, as well as supporting legislative affairs. Sarah manages an external team of public relations firms, as well as two internal direct reports - all working towards siting and permitting Clean Line’s interstate transmission line projects with the least amount of impact to land use and to the environment. Upon joining Clean Line, Sarah established a cohesive brand for the family of Clean Line projects. In addition, Sarah and her team manage the creation of all communications materials and maintain Clean Line’s digital media presence. Prior to joining Clean Line Energy in 2010, Sarah served as Communications Manager for EDP Renewables (EDPR). While at EDPR, she was instrumental in building the communications department and was responsible for internal communications, maintaining the EDPR brand integrity, community outreach, and media relations. Sarah previously served as an Account Manager for Houston-based Elmore Public Relations, where she was responsible for media relations and event planning efforts for several nonprofit organizations including the United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast, Fund for Teachers, and the Houston Symphony. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas. Sarah currently serves President of the Board of Directors of Art League Houston, a nonprofit organization with a mission to cultivate awareness, appreciation, and accessibility of contemporary visual art within the community for its cultural enrichment.
