ROLL CALL
School Board Members Present: Julie Fralich, Jim Peabbles, Julie Ricardi, Alison Moser (by phone), Debra Smith,
Sarah Keep (by Phone), Sarah Hall
Staff Members Present: Jacinda Cotton-Castro, Executive Director
Sarah Hall moved that the Board enter Executive Session to discuss personnel matters. Deb Smith seconded it.
At approximately 5:60, The Board came out of executive session . Jim Peabbles and Sarah Keep had left the during
the executive session.
Julie Ricardi moved to authorize Jacinda Cotton Castro to offer positions to the individuals discussed during the
executive session. Sarah Hall seconded it. The Board unanimously approved the motion.
The Board moved to enter Executive Session to discuss the lease with the Fiddlehead Center. At approximately 6:00
the Board came out of executive session. No action was taken. Sarah Hall left and the Board entered into a working
session on the lease. The workgroup developed a proposal for consideration by the Board to present to the Center.
The Board adjourned at 6:30 pm.
