the basis of technical, material, and personnel resources of
JSC “Zavolzhsky Motor Factory”.
“RosALit” Ltd., Foundry is a reliable manufacturer and supplier

Production of «RosALit» Ltd., Foundry
has a wide variety of facilities:
- automatic merry-go-round machines;
- die casting machines and automated foundry complex with
force from 250 to 3000;
- engineering development of castings by close cooperation
with clients at use the modern CAD-systems as Unigrafix and
AutoCAD);
- cores production by Cold-Box and Hot-Box methods
- 3D-Simulation and optimization of casting processes with
LVM-Flow and MAGMA software package simulation;
- degassing of alloy;
- X-ray control;
- geometric parameter monitoring by 3D coordinate- and
measuring machine;
- cleaning of alloy with foam ceramic filters;
- finish shot blasting.

Products
Up-to-date home-made and imported equipment provides for
output in the amount of more than 300 casting items with weight
from 0.03 to 47.5 kg, including heavy and shaped items.
