Established in 1945 as a railway design company:

During Soviet occupation (1963 – 1991) acted as the Vilnius branch of the
Institute of research and design of the Baltic states

After the re-establishment of the Lithuanian independence reorganized into
a State company, controlled by The Ministry of Transport and
Communications of LT (1991 - 2010)

Subsidiary company of JSC Lithuanian Railways from 2011

Construction department in operation since 2013

IT center in operation since June 2014

